dependencies throws an error

When I run Dependencies.xml it throws an error that ClrPhlib.dll is missing

C:\Users\IEUser\Downloads\gnuwin32>dependencies

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ClrPhlib.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.
   at Dependencies.Program.Main(String[] args)

According to lucasg/Dependencies#19 this error message indicates that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017 needs to be installed on your machine.

I'll check later if it's possible to provide this dependency as a Zero Install feed as well.
