Newbie trying web3 for the first time #5

Hello, trust this meets you welll, can I get the commands I need to run to get this project up and running, this project was referenced in the Jup aug github repo for flash fill and they didn't have instructions on setting up either, would be much appreciated
I'm getting this error when I run Anchor build
