Selecting annotation group not highlighting some faces and lines

Now that nerve scaffolds are using top-level 2-D and 1-D elements within a single group (but still within the owning 3-D elements and therefore mappable to them) the code for highlighting annotation groups needs to add all 3-D, 2-D, 1-D elements in group plus their nodes to pull these in as some are not coming in as faces of the higher dimensional elements.
