Add interaction between flatmap and simulation

To support the investigation of BondGraph models we would like to have interaction between the BondGraph Flatmap and the SimulationVuer.
This issue is to add support to display the output of a simulation run using a protocol defined for the Flatmap when a user clicks on a feature in the Flatmap. The currently identified steps are:

• Mock API for requesting data from a simulation.
• Determine dependencies required are available, add if not.
• Create type definitions.
• Refactor the event bus.
• Create a store to handle plot windows on the Flatmap.
• Create a floating window wrapper.
• Create a lightweight plot component.
• Update application layout.
• Update Flatmap to use event bus for making request to simulation.
• Create a service to deal with getting data from simulation.
