Suppress non podio related sanitizer issues

I suspect these are all still failing with Undefined because of ROOT internals? Could we do something similar to this maybe?

We already have a suppression file to exclude leaks from within ROOT, maybe it's possible to do a similar thing for other sanitizers.

We could think about the Thread sanitizer things we get from RNTuple to see whether they come from our usage or should be forwarded to ROOT. I have never looked closely enough.
