3.62 XML file attribute name change and a new field added

Hi guys,

When trying to parse the XML file we noticed some changes for P and G groups. They went from 'status' to 'name' and have gotten the addition of an id field. I am not the most advanced user of github, is there a way to get notifications when things are added to the test branch, or when changes are made to files that affect it's structure?

Also, is there a readme somewhere that explains what the new ID is?
