Clean Up "Synchronizer" In Example Diagram

Filing to not loose track of an issue from IAMF WG meeting.

Figure 9 has a "Synchronizer" block, but this does not seem to belong in the diagram. It may be an artifact from an old draft where frames could be misaligned.

I have no strong opinion on this.
But, as depicted in Figure 9, parameter streams and rendered audio elements are processed in parallel.
So, I thought that they were required to be synchronized before mixing.
Do you still think that it is better to remove it?
