moss: use traditional way to confirm installation (on Enter)

Currently to confirm moss commands you should press Y, no Enter is required.
It could be confusing as all other package managers don't have this behavior.

Also Enter is expected way to confirm actions everywhere in terminal, why change this to Y?
Traditionally you need to press Y or N (in case if there is no Y or N as default) and before pressing Enter there is still time to think and cancel command. In current moss you don't have this option.

I think the advantage of something that is quicker for the majority outweighs catering to the 'I'll just enter something and hover over the enter key' guy. Fortunately his lesson won't be too painful with easy rollbacks.

I think quicker or slower advantage is not relevant here because you can have this - Update packages (Y/n) ?. You can press Enter to proceed without pressing Y (Y is optional in this example because it's capital and default option).
Actually pressing Enter for most people would be faster because it's the one of the biggest buttons on keyboard vs tiny Y 🙂

I cases when we don't have default option like Do something (y/n) - you have to press y or n and then Enter.

The current implementation breaks traditional concept and I don't see any advantages 🤷
