Turning a background images into a into a complete, single-image assets

Hello Memoria team!

Is there a way to turn the background images into a complete, single-image assets (similar to how field names are handled) so that people can replace them with upscaling images ?

Take this picture as an example:

Step 1: We can redraw this image.
Step 2: Expand it , so that it can be displayed in full screen on an ultrawide monitor or a mobile phone emulator, with no black borders.
