Conditions should have an update method #133
Description
Currently, the condition status is not updated explicitly. The result is that many conditions do trickery either in isValid and/or in getPropensityConditioning, with very exotic bugs when combined with Event, which does not call the second.
A mandatorily called update method should be considered
