Change the AlphaImpute2 help version string (defined in tinyhouse.print_boilerplate)

Running AlphaImpute2 gives us

Let's remove the part above the usage line. The e-mail and website reported don't exist anymore, so that information is not useful.

This printout is coming from print_boilerplate() defined in tinyhouse https://github.com/AlphaGenes/tinyhouse/blob/0add4b845edcfe182512214749be092df59b1f75/InputOutput.py#L471

Options:

1. Remove the print above usage
2. I see merit in printing out a version as mentioned in Report version via -version #60, so do we want to keep the call to tinyhouse.print_boilerplate() but we update it to useful information

What is a good standard that we should follow?

I find it might be better to update the information so that each time the output will always have version information along with it. It would be easier to debug.
