Rework variables to command-only

[ArNeo-VR]

Need to change variables, i.e. LocalVAR to ~LocalVAR
This set the variable only to the command and not profile-wide.

Command(s):

• "[Set Filter; Set] [All; Default; ..."

[ArNeo-VR]

From duplicate #2:
Variables in i.e. Start [Game-application] are set as a profile-wide variable ( application-path, application-run).

Need to change the variables to ~application-path ~application-run
and remove the set to [Not Set] from the end of the commands.
