Organiser toolbox

- Create an organiser toolkit including:
- - Example budgets, with a template for their own
- - Example opening slides, with checklist of what to include
- - Same for risk assessment, judging etc

This should be in a drive that is linked to the wiki. I suggest that examples are taken from the wiki and used, and to also link back to the wiki.
