Moving Organisations

[hack.athon.uk](https://hack.athon.uk) and HUK have decided to pursue different paths in future and the wiki  therefore will be moved to a new organization.

The new wiki organization will be https://github.com/athons/

All contributors are welcome to be added as members so they can review PRs, etc.
