LittleFX [SUGGESTION] Fake Particles

Display some particles around you when a effect is triggered, but instead of the potion effect particle, you can choose the particle you want
for example, imagine you have a block that gives you regeneration
and then, you want it to display heart particles around the player when the effect is triggered

thats it xD
