Beta feature: Studio Sites CLI

This work expands the functionality of the Studio CLI and introduces new commands that allow you to manage local sites using studio site. You can enable it by navigating to Studio → Beta Features → Studio Sites CLI in the app menu.

To test, open your terminal after enabling the feature. Then type in the command studio --help to see all the Studio CLI commands. It should look something like this:

~ % studio --help
WordPress Studio CLI

Commands:
  studio auth     Manage authentication
  studio preview  Manage preview sites
  studio site     Manage local sites (Beta)

Options:
  --help     Show help                                                 [boolean]
  --version  Show version number                                       [boolean]
  --path     Path to the WordPress files   [string] [default: Current directory]

You can then enter studio site to see the available site commands and test each one. As development continues, more and more commands will be added. Give it a try and share any feedback here.
