Attention Mechanism and Library issues

Which tensor flow and Keras version you are using.
Please put in readme of required libraries.

While understanding your code I am getting too much conflict with versions.

Also what type of attention mechanism you are using with ConvLSTMs? Even nothing mentioned in paper.

In attention mechanism you have not created any trainable weight
