Filter by groups breaks the Search

we have a structure with one person on top that has lots of groups with people and more nested groups inside.
there is a filter by top level group names.

filtering out a group removes all child elements from it.

after hiding some groups using built-in filter and then searching for a person within hidden group gets you a result but then trying to navigate to the desired item by clicking on search result produces infinite loop of errors Error: attribute viewBox: Expected number, "NaN,NaN,14870.41…".

i believe search must have an ability to skip filtered items or at least mark them somehow and prevent navigation or alternatively to have an ability to be disabled if any filters applied

1. filter out "it department"
2. search for "Lynn"
3. navigate to the node by clicking on the search result

there is one more thing - we are getting very custom here but still: now when you search for someone inside the hidden group - it will show the content of the hidden group alongside your person and if there is something collapsible inside (manager or another group), then collapsing or expanding it will produce similar parsing error
