Departmental Portal

Create a Departmental Portal that has departmental data, job allocations, position management, faculty load, and student hires (primaries, secondaries, breaks). This new Departmental Portal view should allow departments to easily view, manage, and update their labor-related operations without relying on admins for constant data corrections. This should improve clarity around how many positions are available, used, or overflowing. There should be some kind of department-level editing, without admin reliance.
In overview, the Departmental Portal view should include:

• Faculty with a number of primaries, secondaries
• Breakdown of student hours
• Assignments and positions (with numbers, not just names)
• Allocations the department has available
• Allocations the department uses in the current semester/break
• Replace "Add User to Department" button with a link to this portal
  When it comes to Allocations, it should include following:
• Show allocated vs hired positions
• Display number of spots left per position
• Table showing:
  • Student Name
  • Position Description
  • Position Count (hired vs available)
• System should handle overflow allocations, and flag students who are over allocation hours
  Position Management should include:
• all position descriptions
• Show last edited timestamp
• Clarify responsibilities for updates vs admin intervention
