FSS/DSS Codex Window or Tabs in AST Codex Window

Create a Window to show the FSS/DSS data or atleast an additional Tab in the AST Codex Window
(Whatever ends up performing better)

Could coincide with some well needed Refactoring in the current code for the AST Codex Window into its own class.
