Snowflake speed and size only update after changing count

Description

Changing snowflake speed or size does not take effect immediately. The new values are applied only after changing the snowflake count.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change snowflake speed or size.
2. Observe that nothing changes.
3. Change snowflake count.
4. Speed and size are applied.

Expected behavior

Speed and size should update immediately when changed.

Actual behavior

Speed and size update only after changing the snowflake count.
