Stuck witness account due to multiple witness reward withdrawal #24
Description
I was left with a stuck witness account after I tried to withdraw rewards two times in succession. The first try did not give any indications of success, so after some time (5 minutes) I tried again. Both transactions then appeared in my base wallet, but witness account got stuck with status "Recently funded, waiting for confirmation" and all parameters "undefined". It was not possible to transfer funds, delete witness account or to do anything reasonable with it anymore.
In the end the solution was downloading the official Gulden wallet and transfering funds from witness account to base account with Gulden software. After that G-DASH was showing correct values once again.
