A few fixes and UI changes suggestion

Current OS: Windows 11

Requests:

• Could you please fix the app icon in the app tray when the system is in light mode as the app icon no longer black but a broken white and looks out of place.
• Could you make it so when you click on the PinWin.exe (either directly or from the start menu) it opens the current app if it is already running, instead of giving an error message "Failed to register global shortcut". Also another byproduct of this error is that it opens another instance of PinWin (as shown in the taskbar app tray)
• If possible could you make it when you hover over a title in the windows list, it will highlight which window you have possibly selected.
• Also issues Internal updater does not remove previous version #4 and Windows 11 - File Explorer pin doesn't work at once #8 as it would help with general usability.

Hey @miinht, thanks for all the suggestions, I'll try to work on them as soon as possible.

Regarding #4: this should be fixed by now (when doing a manual uninstall and then re-installing v0.2.3).
