Lower left-hand navigation links cannot be clicked on short pages #436
Description
The invisible cookie consent div extends down from the bottom of the body text, covering the left and right margins, so when you're on desktop, looking at a very short page, you can't click some of the left hand menu.
I had a go at a fix but my CSS skills aren't up to it.
Example - you can't click the links outlined in red.
It looks like upgrading to the latest cookieconsent.js might help, it allows a custom z-index: https://github.com/orestbida/cookieconsent/releases
