improve "landing" pages #112
Description
Right now if you go to the API / path, it gives you some generic information about paths, but perhaps it would be nice if it also gave you a list of the possible collections, etc. It would need to query elasticsearch for this information but it shouldn't be hard to obtain or to display and would make for a nicer user experience for those exploring.
