Consider adding parameter to specify where missing fields go when sorting #91
Description
Once this PR goes in (#90), if a sort is selected anything that does not have a value for that field is put at the end with "missing" : "_last". In some cases this may not be desirable behavior and we may want to think about if it would be worth adding functionality to support adding the ability to override it.
