Unexpected file outputs by sort-bed in GUI #185
Description
According to this image, the tool should output a sorted bed file called "39118_Sua7_TATA_motif_fimo_200bp_SORT.bed", but instead it replaces the input file "39118_Sua7_TATA_motif_fimo_200bp.bed". It also creates a cdt file called "39118_Sua7_TATA_motif_fimo_200bp.cdt" that does appear to be distinct from the original "39118_Sua7_TATA_motif_fimo_200bp_39118_5read1_combined.cdt" file.
