Very easy. There are two ways of doing this:

Method 1:
Upload the .zip file to your website directory, and extract the contents. After extracting it will create a folder called "Upload". Go within upload and you should see the following folders: src and js. Move these folders to the main directory in which your XenForo installation.

Now go to ACP > Addons. It should now be available to install.

Method 2:
Go to your XenForo installation, navigate to src then config.php from there add this line of code (if not there already): $config['enableAddOnArchiveInstaller'] = true;. Now go to ACP > Addons > Install and Upgrade > Install/upgrade from archive. Then navigate to the add-on zip file and upload it. Then confirm the install.
