add more R-factors #256

From reviewing a book chapter.
Add more R-factors to PD_PROC_LS
R-pattern(bkg corrected), R_weightedpattern (bkg-corrected), and R_expected(bkg-corrected)
Durbin-Watson statistic

I also considered wanting to add R_bragg, but that depends on both phase and siffractogram, and I don't want to be adding completely new categories for refinement things at the moment.
