Data names that are true ESDs are given _SU suffixes #2

Description

@jamesrhester

The restraints dictionary uses ESDs to report the final deviations of target values. These are true ESDs, that is, calculations of rms deviations from the mean. They are not standard uncertainties, which are associated with measurements. However, in going from DDL1 to DDLm the data names have been renamed to have _su suffixes, e.g. _restr_equal_distance_class_esd becomes _restr_equal_distance_class.su. These should be fixed, but may have been implemented in software already?
