Proper support for Patch Tuesday's #72
Description
When Microsoft releases updates on Patch Tuesday, it results in a mess of releases. Not only are these things hard to keep track off, publishing these notes is a tedious process prone to errors.
Current situation
- Open all the various release notes for the (currently) 8 different supported versions of Windows 10.
- Open the "Add Flight" dialog for each version one by one.
- Select the correct flight targets (platform and ring).
- Publish to ChangeWindows, resulting in an automated tweet looking like:
Build xxx.xxx for XXX has been released to XXX and XXX. #Windows #WindowsInsiders https://changewindows.org/build/xxx/xxx#xxx
For today's Patch Tuesday this resulted in 22 individual tweets. Which is ridiculous.
New situation
In the new situation, there should be a dedicated page for publishing Patch Tuesday releases. I envision this as a page where all milestones are listed together and with all platforms. One single page, no need to open multiple modals.
Additionally, this page should automatically select all supported versions of Windows for each milestone by each platform as well as fill in the build number of the current stable release, only leaving the delta to be filled in for each individual release.
Finally, tweets should be merged as well. This can be done by either platform or milestone.
By platform
Merging the tweets by platform means that we can then provide a single tweet for a platform wich may be usefull for people looking for a specific platform. Problem is this list can become long. To long for Twitter.
