BE get(): Service, Controller, Interface

Create the service class for the model (KIDS) for the get method. If someone is in the flow and wants to do post delete and put in addition to the get, this would still be OK in the service as long as it does not simply appear in the controller.

A unit test and exception handling would also be nice here.
