Separate the buttons for start and stop #9
Description
Android app: now there is a single button acting as trigger for start/stop video rec.
Split it in two.
Start can be executed only once, further clicks raise exception/message that we ara already recording.
Stop will eventually stop the video the first time and then do nothing (safe way).
