Add filters in the CICategoryApplePrivate category

I like playing with the filters in CICategoryApplePrivate. Even if a filter in this category can't be included in a shipping App Store app, and even if they are incomplete/broken/subject-to-change, I still occasionally make use of them for personal projects.

I've had a look at this and it's fairy simple to implement, but as you say, it would be rejected by Apple if it were built in to the app. So I have opted for a generic way of adding categories via a user defaults key named "CustomCategories". You would do it in Terminal like this (replacing the list of categories with whatever you want to add):

defaults write com.davidwingate.CIFilterBox CustomCategories -array "CICategoryVideo" "CICategoryHighDynamicRange"

New version including this feature has been accepted by the App Store. Should be available for update shortly. I'll leave this ticket open though, as it's the closest thing I have to documentation at the moment!
