Member DB should be accessible by door latch Arduino hardware

any ideas on how this should happen? @lewlefton should the Arduino be connected to a RPi that makes an api call to RCP or should the db dump to the Arduino frequently?

@rfair404 , pros and cons for both. I like the idea of the idea of the Arduino working independently of RCP (i.e. dump to Arduino when RCP has a change) but also allow manual push of DB in case. Maybe a use case for the Arduino to request an update as well (e.g. to tickle RCP and cause a db dump?). Both of these would likely mean Arduino controlling door is also connected to wifi which raises other issues.

If the Arduino is connected to a RPi we may also be able to create one-time codes (e.g. for contractors or others coming to the space without access) which are incluided after the RCP dump?

Not sure how the Arduino code
