Fix issue where typing text fast causes tool to activate

Example: typing 'db' really fast, or words like 'adjust' cause skipped letter and/or movement around text. Disable the 'd' action if text is being typed with a typing speed of 30 WPM or something before the d key is activated. Or do it based on how long since a key was typed immediately before the 'd' key. Or maybe both?
