Switch to miniforge

Question

Currently, the installation instructions for Python rely on the standard Miniconda distributions.
Should we switch to Miniforge as the recommended option @FrancescPoli?

Reason

• Miniforge uses conda-forge as the default/base channel, which usually provides more up-to-date and consistent packages compared to the defaults channel.
• Miniconda and Anaconda come with some licensing limitations for use in larger organizations (not really an issue for us, but worth noting).
• I’ve been using Miniforge myself for a while.

I leave this up to you as you're the expert on this... For me it sounds good but also a bit of a hassle to change, so I guess it's not high on our priority list? The only thing I'm curious about is whether we can use conda-forge also to install detox? or that's easier with pip?
