Improve SEO

The blog currently has <meta name=ROBOTS content="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"> on every page, which means that it won't be indexed by Google - Can we change this?

We could also add things such as favicon, SEO on first page.

#18 should solve the <meta name=ROBOTS content="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW"> part, but there is probably more that we want to do, therefore I'm reopening the issue.
