Sync Data Calculation Error / Mismatch

Per the screen grab attached, the sync data shown is incorrect. The information highlighted in green is correct, however the days behind (highlighted in red) is calculating based on old block time.

Divide blocks behind by new daily block average (723+/-) and this figure would be about 1.8 days, which matches the information in green.
