Add support for Page Up, PG DN and to select all using CTRL+A

Stuff like CTRL+A and PAGE UP/DOWN dont work anywhere in the program.

Page up and down arent a big thing, tho sometimes i do press them because im lazy to scroll on the mouse, but CTRL A always gets me.

They are not "missing". Please rephrase your issue to say "Add support for this and this hotkey".
