Create group, structure, and content strategy for Drupal 8 Accessible NFP Theme #9

Once the structure is worked out DrupalOpenLearning/drupaldojo#9 we can create a project group to showcase ongoing Dojo sessions, events, sprints, etc. involving the Drupal 8 Accessible NFP Theme being discussed as a DD&I mentoring project drupaldiversity/administration#135 and previously as a Drupal Open Learning project https://github.com/orgs/DrupalOpenLearning/projects/3
I think creating a project group to help drive this should be an excellent proof of the 'how we can help promote/sustain projects' concept - especially since we should be able to alleviate any of the concerns by having leads of the DD&I contributor group (including @lyndsey!) managing the group and leveraging the Dojo tools in ways that would best suit their needs.
Does that sound about right, Lyndsey?
