Engineering wrench to summon engineering options does not reliably work with Hardpoints section of ship builder in mobile.

Single tapping the wrench for any weapon while using beta Coriolis on mobile (Safari) tends to bring up module selection instead of engineering options.

A partial workaround involves tapping into module selection as above and then quickly tapping elsewhere to back out of that screen. Then, the wrench will show engineering options with a follow-up tap, but not always and not reliably or consistently.

It's not a Safari problem, but a mobile version problem. You can trigger it on the desktop too if you request the mobile version using the dev tools of Chrome.
