Baloo Da 2 Bengali ANSI Font

Is there any plan to develop Baloo Da 2 Bengali ANSI? I am currently trying to converting Unicode to ANSI. I have converted almost all according to ANSI mapping but there is a problem with a few characters. I am not a pro font designer. But I can share my work if there is any development plan on this.
