Include an Option to Disable Incremental Updates #340
Description
It can be much faster for users with high download speeds and unlimited data to simply re-download the entire zip when updating rather than looking for and downloading just the changes.
In my case, I have a difference of 15 seconds versus ~3 minutes on an SSD with a 2gb/s download speed.
An option to disable incremental updates and simply delete and re-download would therefore be nice.
