I'm stuck at one point and don't know how to solve it.

A message was somehow sent to the server, to which the server sends a "400 Bad Request" in response.
And now this message is constantly sent to the server. And the server's response does not come to the bot (I don't know how to get it).
And I don't know how to cancel this message either.

As a result, the bot does not respond (does not receive) any messages from the user.

Are there any ideas what can be done in such a situation?

Is there any progress on PassportData? He does not work. =(
