Recipe for Potion Making?

Am I tripping or is there no recipes for potion making?

Many times, I set really low offers on herbs and secondaries, and they may take weeks or months to buy and then I sell them at a much higher price that also weeks or months to sell... Was hoping I could keep track of those with a recipe, but I only seem to be able to find a decant potion recipe and nothing about making potions themselves?
