[Maintainer Honorarium] Kacper Donat aka "kadet1090" for 2026

In accordance with https://github.com/FreeCAD/FPA/blob/main/handbook/process/maintainer-honorarium.md I am applying for maintainer honorarium for the 2026.

I have over 63 reviewed PRs (only ones where I did add review which excludes most trivial ones that I simply merge) and 30 PRs addressing various problems in FreeCAD in last 3 months - so I should qualify for getting the honorarium in November and December 2025 and claim the honorarium in arrears.

It is always an honor to have the opportunity to give you money. I'm not sure how it will work retrospectively, Admins make a decision for that.

I don't think any admin decision is required here. The description of the program states "The fixed monthly honorarium may be claimed in arrears, in aggregate for months after acceptance in which the participant was active. " There's little doubt that @kadet1090 was active in the months in question and so is eligible for the payment of 400 Euros total (for November and December 2025). Please go ahead an issue payment via whatever mechanism @kadet1090 prefers, @yorikvanhavre or @Reqrefusion.

I thought of "acceptance" on the basis of application. In other words, acceptance is provided with the application. But your interpretation is also possible.
