Profile discovery and download broken

Manual profile search returns fuzzy/unusable results.

1. Often but not always logos of institutions get swapped and an institution is displayed next to another institution log.

2. Often but not always search results contain institutions that do not have the search keyword in their name or details (not even soundex matches)

3. Often but not always search results does not contain institutions present in eduroam CAT and searched for using a word of their name

4. Our profile (Università degli Studi di Trieste) today links to a remediation page for unsupported devices instead of the correct OS profile (Chrome on the same device download the correct profile from cat.eduroam.org).

I believe you can drag screenshots into the textbox on GitHub and it will attach them to your message.

When it comes to number 3, do you know if those institutions have their location set in CAT? If not, this might have something to do with issue #40.
