Lab1: oscilloscope article link is broken #31
Description
In document signal_gen.md, the link to the oscilloscope article is currently "https://github.com/GIXLabs/SAndC/blob/main/oscope.md", but it should be directed to "https://github.com/GIXLabs/SAndC/blob/main/Lab1/oscope.md". Just changing the href address should be fine.
