Dicom to Nifti Plugin Doesn't Work #84
Description
The plugin required for the AutoSeg training pipeline as detailed here https://github.com/GSTT-CSC/AutoSegCT/blob/main/autosegct/train/documentation/xnat-rt2nii-plugin-guide.md does not work.
The one that is still linked to previous member of staff however does work.
The error is "exec /bin/sh exec format error".
I believe this means the docker image used by the plugin was created on a different operating system used by XNAT.
